The benefits of fiber can be enjoyed by all. It's just that some of us need to work through a process to get there. There are people who have digestive issues that will struggle to process and digest fiber. They may experience gas and bloating and flatulence and perhaps abdominal discomfort. So it's just important to understand these limitations because they can be overcome.
