The Importance of Diversity in Business

The industry has forever been dominated by white males. All of the big firms are hugely focused on creating a work environment that can attract and retain diversity. We have to think so differently about how we pay people. For a woman, or perhaps for a diverse candidate, what defines a nurturing workplace for them is not the workplace we had 30 or 20 years ago.
