The repeat about effect is actually improving our ability to tolerate calcium, our relative team mechanisms. We are becoming better able to tolerate this particular type of fatigue. But critically, it is only really going to be produced when we experience types of training that are more fatiguing in that respect. And then obviously later on, we'll be able to train without creating quite so much of that type of fatigue and stimulate hypertreat.
