How to Get Used to Working Full Time

When you work 40 hours a week, weekend and week out, you kind of just get used to it. Then once you start putting some overtime in there, you're like, ah, it's not too bad. But man, now all of a sudden, I'm like really tired. So that's what I've kind of experienced, both in and out of the gym. A lot of it kind of just transfers over into real life as well. When did you guys start de-loading? It was my third or fourth powerlifting meet,. And I felt like Superman on that day because I was arguably at my strongest ever.
