What Is an Exercise Programme?

An exercise programme can be defined by all of the structured physical activity components that an individual participates in over a given period of time. We want to meet and ideally exceed, the current physical activity guide lines for adults. For resistance training, we want to hit all the major mussle groups through a fairly large range of motion at an intensity that's somewhat challenging. It approaches failure somewhere in the four to five rips in reserve sort of range, or feels uncomfortable, at least twice a week.
