I listen to a playlist called peaceful meditation actually you know I can't that reminds me of Brian Borsstein story today but his story stay of him working out. He had this like weird like meditation type music going on in the background. If I listen anything with lyrics for a podcast I just can't focus yeah um as all normally honestly training is islands or else that's my go-toYeah so honestly I listen to one of two things I will listen to either podcasts or I'll listen to educational lectures which I knowSounds super boring for people but I'm someone that I train very early in the morning I'm pretty sympathetically driven and want to avoid that potentially detrimental effect of listening
