Do You Have an Internet Blocker on Your Computer?

The first thing i will suggest is structure the efforts themselves. If you're just kind of reading for an hour, that is harder than if you have a note taking form at whatever. Put an internet blocker on your computer if you have to. But have crystal clear rules. And i'm doing the boring thing during this clear time block. I do not look at the internet. I don't look my phone. Just may four suggestions, train board and other parts of your life. This applies to basically any deep work activity. Most of them are fundamentally boring.
