I was supporting clients whe were always trying to teach them the principles of how the various diets work, rather than jus having to select a singular diet. The problem with all single diet asyo is you're usually restricted in eating certain foods to some degree all the time. And then people start to get cravings for those things that they would normally include in their normal diet and have to restrict on these more specialized diets. So when i sayis don't er?
