Is Your Thoughts Create Your Emotion?

I don't know how to answer the question of where emotions come from because I think that science doesn't know an answer. There was a huge causal effect of negative thoughts on feelings just as the cognitive therapists have been claiming since ancient times. But there was also a reverse causal effect ofnegative emotions triggering more negative thoughts. So, and that's the emotional reasoning too, but it's also probably a neurologic basis that when you begin to get upset it probably fires up those neural circuits where your negative thoughts are created and triggered.
