Attract People

Muse is not a growth orientid start up, but i think we do need to attract in the same way that a faster hiring company would. The challenge for the overwhelming majority of sophor companies is that people don't apply your job. They don't even know about it. That's why i think this attraction problem is so important. You're not just trying to hire individual people. You're trying to build a team and each of those people needs to be integrated into the team. A good team is one that does share more value's goal mission. And then two others that will come up a lot, i think, as manager or hiring manager. But at least for the purpose
