Saturdays and sundays are going to be ike, key focus points doing this phase where i'm doing like, longer runs. And the other thing i'm also implementing during this phase of training is starting a kind of back load a bit of my volume. I'm really developing the mechanics i'm going to use on race day, and just dialing tat things. It gives me an opportunity to practise how i'm going to fuel haul, im going to hydrate, what kind of plan i'll do there a for race day itself.
