How to Improve Profitability of a Gym Chain
A private equity firm has been buying different gyms in order to build a business a gym chain. However, some of those gyms they've been saying that they've been having some loss in their profitability. They want to understand how they can improve it and you know what really drives their profitability. And secondly, they also want to know for the future acquisitions what's the right valuation. That was another question we were tasked to help them work out.
