Is There a Difference Between the Pre Exhaust and the Chest Press?
A lot of our community have an issue of the way failure is measured and how the participants in the study, they're really pushing to failure. So i would certainly think that there there's a place for doing either multiple different exercises or pre exhaust technique. I don't think do those repicis and things are going to add anything of value on their own. But if you've got a client that's maybe held back couple rups but his giving up on you, than forcing them to get a little better stimulation will also be a way to build a tolerance for discomfort. And so yes, were going to start to train harder round this time around.
