The 80-20 principle is a rough heuristic i like the idea of it but one thing to start out with is that this isn't accurately. It's just a fundamental misunderstanding of statistics so when you look at a weed endurance athletes training yet averages out to 80 percent of it being relatively easy 20 percent being relatively hard, that doesn't accurately reflect any given person. buyer beware  this good heuristic might not work for you as an individual though so buyer beware.
