How to Make a Difference With Stretching

i feel like people have just a little bit of insecurity about stretching and it's just one of these things that they feel a little funny about. If you start with something small like 10 to 15 minutes it's such a small commitment with such big rewards i find that people really grow from there as well so i love i love that you're not asking people for an hour and a half right off the bat but there's no reason why you should try to set the bar so high when you're first getting started now.
