Meditation - How to Eliminate Anger
As long as you have any anger, even just a little drop or a little er, your mind isn't going to experience enlightenment. And in order to eradicate those, you need to do breathing, mindfulness meditation and practise all of the aightfold path. So with that said, let's go ahead and do our meditation together. I don't know if yourgays can tell, i have a little bit of a sore throat. But if i have any trouble and i need to stop with the chanting, you're welcome to continue the chanting the way that you normally do,. If you do the chanting with me as a class i'll try to do some chanting coming out.
