You don't have to do an hour of met about conditioning five days a week. One to two days a week, 15 to 20 minutes in conjunction with some good quality strength training and walking is going to really kind of be a sweet spot for most people. It's like what I do with loaded carries one day a week. You should do a ton of loaded carries. But then you sprinkle in a little bit in every workout,. Every workout has a tiny bit of waiter walks - but it's the doe seen after.
