If you have a lot of inflammation in your body, that can cause elevation in farton. Our body mounts an inflammatory respons in order to protect us from something. People with chronic inflammation could have chronically high levels of farriton even though they're not eating enough iron. Make sure that you give your body time to repair, absolutely. And i can't stress enough that the reason you're training is to get those adaptations from training and you need time off do that.
