Do You Really Need to Be Consistent in Your Training?

The weight on the bar keeps going up, it provides such a profound system wide stimulus to your body that if you fuel it in even roughly the correct way, you're going to have better body comp improvements than you ever thought possible. The stimulus from the training is the thing that tells your body to change some shit. And then the food that you provide your body is what enables it to change those things. You just kind of got to get close enough and you'll be blown away if you're just consistent. But yei, it's easy enough to make small changes to keep the needle moving.
