What Happens When There Is No Alignment in Leadership?
Leaders need to arm their teams with a clear, consistent message. Don't just give some announcement and allow them to ceate ta narrative. If you don't have the leaders backing up in regularly reinforcing that message, there's an inconsistent narrative from what one functional leader may be telling their team versus what another function waiter is telling their team. And then i just creates massd confusion, unease, which then reads to some of the people issues, attention, issues, things downstream that end up happening. This is good stuff. This is real mea rigt here o, the narrative, being able to e enforce that message because then goes back, like immigrations, easier said
