How to Hire the Right People
I really want to focus on talking about the mindset shifts that people can make. When you hire for your team, an inexperienced manager will probably hire a team that is similar to them. The more advanced managers are really thinking what skills do I need to complement me? And so, we're probably not making good hiring decisions sometimes because we don't actually know what we want to hire.
