You talked about putting your emotions aside. Can you talk a little bit more about how you actually do that? Because it's a situation where that is a life or death decision. I literally tell myself in my mind emotions, you won't serve me well right now. And then I visualize just sort of setting those aside like a little box of emotions. But you do have to invite them back in later because certainly after an experience like that there's a rush for a while, but then there's a crash.
