Bacon Tallow Butter?

Bacon tallow? It sounds fancieri. People are ok with bacon fat, but then they don't want beef. Like some good brisket tallow rendered out on te smoker, ogan maks it with some butter. When you mixed it with that butter and kind of whipped it together, you got t boye, you got the flavor of the bacon fat, the macondello and the creaminess of the butter. Neither man is so good as genius.
