Don't Start Doing a LOT of Cardio Right?

Don't go cold turkey on everything. Some people can do fine with just, you know, if it fits your macro. What burns the most calories to day isn't necessarily what's good for you in the long term. So i think a, maybe getting some weights in there, if you want to do cardio, but like, getting some lifting as well.
