How to Change Your Mindset in Strength Training

If I think about changing my mindset in terms of strength training is that one I'll be going to these sessions and I'll be tracking. So I'm collecting objective data that it is possible. And I start to have that belief in that and I can see that session after session. But when I go into those individual sessions and I'm putting intention and putting in quality, I'm verbally rewarding myself well done Tom for putting in a good quality fingerboard session. You tried hard today. Even if it gets to the point where I might have a really poor session and I've gone backwards or just not done very well for two sessions. What I may do in that self talk is go.
