Strength spotting is looking at where you see the strengths in other people and acknowledging those. You don't realize that this is something that i've got that others don't necessarily have as well. And we can identify our strength through surveys.

Professor Waters is the Founding Director and Inaugural Gerry Higgins Chair in Positive Psychology at the Centre for Positive Psychology, University of Melbourne where she has held an academic position for more than 23 years.
