How to Meet Your Protein Needs Through Plant Based Foods

Protein levels on food labels are listed as grams. Human beings need about 10 to 15% of calories from protein. Almost all foods have more than 10%. The only exceptions are fruits and starchy vegetables, they hover around the 10%. But if you're eating a mix of whole foods it's really difficult not to get enough protein.
