The Relationship Between Hyper to Be Stimulus and Muscle Damage Repair
The bird study does three one set versus three sets and the rate increases in my ops are higher at both I think is it four or five hours? It's five they're both highest at five hours and then um it falls off to basically back to baseline at 29 hours after one set. So yes the point the point that I would be making in this in this situation is that we don't know whether that second measurement relates to the hyper to be stimulus or whether it's much more related to the muscle damage repair kind of processes.
