Races at Sea Level

At altitude you can use it as a recovery mechanism or let's say perifereal recovery mechanism. At sea level then the whole goal would be to train and race faster. Recovery also takes a little bit longer time at altitude than it does at sea level so leading to races it depends again on altitude. If i plan to go race be able to race faster at sea level i would bring go down normally if it was extremely like olympic i would go down earlier.
