The biggest change we've seen in customers is just culinary ignorance. When we started 50 years ago, everybody knew how to cut up a chicken,. Knew how to make a hamburger. And what we've got to in our culture now is as we have become dependent on convenience and processed foods, we have lost those very basic culinary kind of pre-understanding.
