Healthy Eating Habits Aren't New or Hyperprivileged
It's almost like all day every day to eat healthily you're always choosing the alternative we're so far from healthy living just being a normal part of what we do. Plant-based diets for example and nothing new they are actually they have been part of different civilizations around the world for hundreds if not thousands of years whether in East Asia or places like India where predominantly the diet is plant-based it's based around whole grains beans nuts and seeds fruits and vegetables. This isn't this new fangled or hyperprivileged thing and actually these are foods that all of us can access regardless of our cultural background I work with lots of people from different cultures and I think adapting this way of eating
