The Sea Level Executive Team Isn't Doing It Right

i think there's a level of focus and priorization that companies don't give it to. Most executives don't feel like this is their number one priority, and it shows. And so i think it's at th point now where if you want this to happen at your company, as a ceo, or a whatever ex c r o, whatever executive you are, it's about time to step up and do it yourself.
