How Do You Get Better at Emotional Processing?

The first step is noticing what you're feeling and a lot of types that looks like noticing what's in your body. You can do this once a day or even once a week or you can do it five times a day. For some girls, it would look like talking to someone about it. And for other people, we made these little vests and they could like velcro an emotion on the front of their vest so they could like express what they were feeling.
