The Scoring of Bleeding in the Emergency Department
There are a couple of scores. Am, to sort of restratify somebody at risk of poor outcomes. M, the one that's most commonly cited is the glasgow blatchford score m. I think it's also important to not that a, you know, when you're discharging a patient from the e d with any type of suspected bleed, it's really important to make sure that they do have some type of follow up m with the gasternerologists in a timely fashion,. If they needed further care, that they would have access to a hospital if needed.
