The History of Feta Cheese

In the fourteenth century, a venetian cook book included two recipes for what could have been feda cheeses. Many greeks migrated to different countries and through that, their quisine further spread around the world. The international trade of this cheese blossomed. And in the 19 thirties, greek officials laid out the rules and guide lines for what makes a cheese feda.
