How to Avoid Running Related Injuries

It's not really that common from my perspective that they would have increased the training load just because they were getting closer to the Olympics. I'd say pick it up early, work with someone of repute that you know can get the job done and be holistic in the intervention. Make sure that all factors are being considered. And if rehab is done well, it should return the athlete to a better state than they were before the injury.
