When you say, I am a, and you foreclose your identity on all other options. So there's a danger in that because when you go to do that thing, your entire identity is at stake. The Seattle Seahawks would watch this little moment that would take place. They would grab the Legion of Boom,. And then the rest of them kind of swaying back and forth with all the intensity you could imagine we all we got. Those are tribes that are like, that's how high performance happens, embracing the mistakes. Be okay with making mistakes because you're going to hear it later. Mistakes happen. It's okay.
