With these unstructured answers we asked them very specific questions right like you know for reliability and then we actually give examples of what one would be or what a two would be. The last thing that we do at least with the behavioral based questions is we actually have like these anchors associated it. It's just like you're not just a five and we're not just all this way yeah so and that helps us at least for inter interviewer reliability I'm trying to get that same score that scoring for each applicant.
