Goal Setting

Companies will raise money, which will then force them to hit a certain revenue target. So it's do or die at that point. And the goals are big and typically un oftentimes unrealistic. In my view, this leads to high customer acquisition costs, low quota attainment,. High sales repetrition, you know, poor customer experience. We set goals that we have a high probability to exceed.
