Segments Versus Personas
The two terms are like we talked about they're overlapping but they're also kind of distinct I think segments are more broader in terms of they help us identify the users but personas really help us satisfy the users. Samya: In experience or on the ground I see different parts of the team and beyond just the core team working on the product there are different people who end up using personas again marketers are the obvious ones. Charles: There's also details of getting on the same page with our engineering teams so once we come up with our user personas and the user journey of the flows we tend to you know further it by creating our wire frames around how that experience would look like for
