Most people i find have a pretty deep history and at least moderate carbohydrate. It's less often that i'm working with someone who said, only, i've been doing pretty strict cetogenic diet for the majority of my life. And em, it's funny with old camaritaning, or ultur endurance as well. I always say that i think keet jack diet, low carbo, hydrodised and ultra endurance excise, like from a research perspective, or a match made in hell,. simply because they're the hardest things to study.
