Are You Afraid to Ask the Question?

I've noticed that a lot of executives are afraid to ask that question because they don't want to make promises that they can't keep, right? The question of what could we do better or how would you change our organization in the context of the integration. What gave you the courage to do that and how did you make sure that you, that employees felt like you were following up and fulfilling the promises that they may have thought you explicitly or implicitly made by simply asking the question? I never promised that I'm going to take every piece of advice or every input that people give me.
