I Sprained My Ankle, So I Can't Work Out.
The first point that i really want to discuss here right now is that injury is not an excuse to stop exercising. I always say, you do realize there are people that have no legs and who work out? Or there are people who have one leg that work out. So just because you have a sprained ankle, it's a ridiculous excuse to say that you can't work out. You should never work through your injury. Working through your injury is trying to work through the pain,. But you could do literally any upper body exercise, for sure.
