Goblet Squat
A lot of us just aren't very good at squats. I i've noticed that throughout my whole life, his whole career. Some of us pick up certain things really quickly. A student who jumped up and did 66 pull ups, shook out his arms, jumped outn jumped up again and got up to did another set to to a hundred. That's great. My arms are not the limiting or my legs are. But i'm a very bad back squatter, and i really love the goblet squat. So thit's a good example.
