The Importance of Perks in the Game

The perks aren't always on everyone unless they are playing in the very hardcore like going everywhere in the world kind of secret playstyle. The static power-ups has been we've been going back and forth between those and thinking like should they be there or not. We're trying to offer them opportunities to do something a little bit different it's like oh this run I finally came across this rare perk I want to try it out now my whole run has changed so rather than taking something away from them. Yeah I hope it works that way and I hope most perks aren't that bad.
