Knight: If you had three guys arguing in a room with one another, this is how it would go. Knight: The force production requirements of the second scenario are higher than the person running. So that's still a non-specific stress because it is sustained force production over a period of time and not like interval based, anaerobically focused training. He says there are better ways to condition that are less fatiguing,. that interfere less with your strength development.
