Is There a Gap Between Training and Performance?

We judge ourselves by our intentions and others by their acions. Most people want to eliminate the stuff that's like preparing them already, in hopes that they have enough resources to just hang on when something new comes along. I'd rather titrate the new thing and keep what you were doing previously. Ah, and then you can ultimately thrive in that sort of environment. And so why not, instead of jumping into three times a week b j j, we start at on time a week with some sort of intensity cap build some capacity there.
