Is Hyper Focus Taking Over Your Attention?
When working with intensity, you're devoting 100% of your attention to one thing. Whereas maybe in stress or threat mode or what we sometimes call hyper focus, it almost has the sense not that you're dedicating 100% ofyour attention to something, but you're kind of narrowing your attention. So I think there can be maybe the thing that's different here is that when you're in hyper focus, the, your attention gets narrowed. There's a tunnel effect, but it's passive so that your, your, whatever is the object of your attention has now taken control of your attention.
