Fashion fair's descent wasn't this huge, disastrous crash. Its fall was more like a slow slide into obscurity. Fashion fair had what's called a first mover advantage. They pioneed a field and showed it can be done. Many brands expanded to include deeper colors. But fashion fair had such a bedrock base that it acted like, if it ain't broke, why fix it?
