The Myths About Food

Eating carrots gives you better eyesight, that's been told for a very long time. Vitamin A fundamentally is helpful in your optic cavity. If you don't get enough vitamin A, the eye itself can't actually form in the fetus. So indirectly, it's a correct thing to say that carrots give you good eyesight. But there's a lot of other factors that contribute to that,. especially in the world where I often think about health as like there's three levels. There's subtraction, substitution, and then addition.
